Glassmusic, my debut novel, was released in 2014 by Conundrum Press and shortlisted for the 2015 International Rubery Book Award. My creative nonfiction, poems, and book reviews have appeared in Hippocampus Magazine, The Norwegian American, Plenitude, Rattle, and elsewhere. I was awarded a fellowship in poetry for the 2015 Longleaf Writers Conference. Last March, I was featured on Rattle’s podcast The Poetry Space_, ep. 56. I teach at Seattle University.
I’m currently seeking an agent for my children’s fantasy novel, set in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State. Pursued by both friends and villains, Molly sets out to determine how her identity connects to Lith, the infamous dark magician trapped inside the pages of her own black book.
